It's been a couple months now since I've bought this tablet and it is great. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxAxiUS5CgVC3j8FwNOHt037zhsquGQpXv The tablet is responsive and runs well. There were a few times that the tablet did an awkward thing where it would detect pen on at all times and wouldn't register finger press, but it is usually fixed by closing and opening either the screen or app. This is highly likely due to my excessive use for drawing which caused this and wasn't really very big. As I mostly enjoy using the tablet for drawing (and some light gaming), I would comment from that aspect that there is definitely more accurate pressure and drawing using a PC device and drawing tablet, however i find the moveablity of the tablet more enjoyable to draw on. Like how you can physically rotate and move a piece of paper around or even draw casually on your bed.All in all, as a tablet it is good, and as a drawing device can be good depending on what you want from a drawing device. It is definitely good enough if you just want to use it to take notes. For typing though I can't comment on the keyboard as I did not get the keyboard.

Have been using it for a month and i think it's really good workhorse, you can do almost anything with it, though sometimes you need to do some workarounds with some functions but when you get used to it then it's just perfect! The screen and the sPen are just amazing!

I've been carrying it around for the past few weeks and find that I can get my writing work done at a much faster rate with the tab s7 than with a laptop, mostly due to its portability and really nice Google docs support. \nI use the Kiwi browser in Dex mode to access my LastPass and full Google Docs desktop experience when I need it. \n\nThe pen is also just amazing, the first Android tablet that I have ever successfully used with OneNote. I also got a Lamy EMR pen that fits my hands better because I was used to writing with Lamy fountain pens. \n\nThe keyboard cover leaves a lot to be desired. It clamps shut both too strong and too weak at the same time. (As it would slide around but very difficult to pry open. And the 5-row layout is just bad for typing in Thai where the number row is used excessively. But it gets the job done, I also carry around a couple of mechanical keyboards but ended up not using them most of the time.

I got tab s7 delivered 3 days back and I'm perfectly happy with it. Here's a small review :\nAudio : AMAZING. Quad speakers do a really great job and so sound is extremely loud and clear. \nDisplay : Loved the display. 120hz does make a difference in the experience, color are bright and as I'd have expected them to be. I was worried about LCD display not being upto the mark but I was dead wrong. I wouldn't have preferred it any other way. I actually prefer LCD display now because the black is not completely blinding. More often than not, I could not see what was actually going on in dark scenes in movies. Here that problem is solved. However, I would like to point out that viewing angles area decent, not great. Colors become pale when looked at from an angle. 3 people should be comfortably able watch the screen if kept at almost 1 arm distance away, more than that it would be stretch. \nBattery backup : I was surprised that the battery backups is really good on it despite having a fairly large display. No issues at all. You could watch a movie at mid volume and mid brightness with almost 25% battery drain. \nS pen : Feels really good. Very responsive and the tip of the pen is such that adding a glass screen protector does not undermine the experience in anyway which I was worried about.\nDex : I did not get a keyboard cover with the tablet so I can not comment much about it but after manually switching to dex mode, I couldn't find anything spectacular that I would consider using at all.\nGaming : Super smooth. COD worked at max performance with any lag whatsoever. Something to note here is that some games might have not been optimised for tablets. I installed fortnight and set all settings to max, though it ran extremely smooth, I could not an extremely clear graphics. They were good, but could have been better. \n\nOverall verdict : Great deal, don't have to think twice before getting one. Absolutely great performance, no lag whatsoever. Display is smooth and responsive, audio is brilliant. Viewing angles could have been improved but that's nitpicking.

I love the display. I went to best buy yesterday for my new car radio installation and used this thing and I think it's actually a tablet that I'd buy. 120hz and the ability to watch 4k videos organically in 60fps.. But to sum it all up in one word : Yes.

Also has LOUD audio, even tho the speakers aren't in necessarily prime locations it really projects!You do need to get a case for this bad boy IMMEDIATLY though as it doesn't come with one.Battery life is really good! Standby time us FANTASTIC. This guy can go about a week on standby and be just fine. The screen is massive so the longer you have the screen on, brightness especially, it will effect battery life. I am very happy with it though!One thing that I didn't consider is that since the screen resolution is so high, viewing ticktocks/ reading webtoons can be slightly blurry. There is no way to turn down resolution either, so it just be like that.Would still judge this bad boi at 10/10 for my first tablet. I've had it 3 months now and its not shown any evidence of \"slowing down\" or anything. Love it!

I have both iPad Pro and s7+, both have big ups/downs depending on what you want out of it. Benefits of s7 for me besides screen and sound = emulation/gaming, cloud gaming, and full setup/customization (just looks straight dope!). For iPad it is definitely the apps and overall eco system for me since i have an iphone. But i don’t discriminate since I have both tablets. I prefer to look at the strengths of each tablet rather than weaknesses

I have this tablet, plus a Windows PC plus an iPhone. I don't really have brand or operating software loyalty. I really like the features of this tablet. It replaces my old, original Tab S and so this was my first experience with DEX which I think is underrated. I truly think that this tablet can replace a desktop for a lot of people, student or work professional, and will certainly be the only thing I'll take with me when I travel. I also was incredibly impressed with Samsung's software that basically cloned every app, document and video on my old tablet and put it automatically on the new tablet. It's the easiest software I've ever used for that purpose and saved me a lot of time.

I think this is perfect, it’s competing with the iPads and the Microsoft surface devices, the iPad/iPad Pro is closer to the iPad (this is not a problem) and the Microsoft surface devices are closer to a laptop (also not a problem) but this Samsung tablet is what I would choose because it’s like the iPad and with dex it can be a laptop.

I closed (and put to sleep) all background apps and set the brightness of my Tab S7 at 40% (which is still very bright). After running YouTube continuously for 10 hours, the battery was still at 53 percent. The Tab S7s battery life is amazing!

However, I would like to point out that viewing angles area decent, not great. Colors become pale when looked at from an angle. 3 people should be comfortably able watch the screen if kept at almost 1 arm distance away, more than that it would be stretch. \nBattery backup : I was surprised that the battery backups is really good on it despite having a fairly large display. No issues at all. You could watch a movie at mid volume and mid brightness with almost 25% battery drain. \nS pen : Feels really good. Very responsive and the tip of the pen is such that adding a glass screen protector does not undermine the experience in anyway which I was worried about.\nDex : I did not get a keyboard cover with the tablet so I can not comment much about it but after manually switching to dex mode, I couldn't find anything spectacular that I would consider using at all.\nGaming : Super smooth. COD worked at max performance with any lag whatsoever. Something to note here is that some games might have not been optimised for tablets. I installed fortnight and set all settings to max, though it ran extremely smooth, I could not an extremely clear graphics. They were good, but could have been better. \n\nOverall verdict : Great deal, don't have to think twice before getting one. Absolutely great performance, no lag whatsoever. Display is smooth and responsive, audio is brilliant. Viewing angles could have been improved but that's nitpicking.

I've been carrying it around for the past few weeks and find that I can get my writing work done at a much faster rate with the tab s7 than with a laptop, mostly due to its portability and really nice Google docs support. \nI use the Kiwi browser in Dex mode to access my LastPass and full Google Docs desktop experience when I need it. \n\nThe pen is also just amazing, the first Android tablet that I have ever successfully used with OneNote. I also got a Lamy EMR pen that fits my hands better because I was used to writing with Lamy fountain pens. \n\nThe keyboard cover leaves a lot to be desired. It clamps shut both too strong and too weak at the same time. (As it would slide around but very difficult to pry open. And the 5-row layout is just bad for typing in Thai where the number row is used excessively. But it gets the job done, I also carry around a couple of mechanical keyboards but ended up not using them most of the time.

There is a noticeable difference in performance between the 5G version and the Wifi only version. The wifi only has a better processor and thus doesn't seem to experience the lag from the 5G version when even playing games, and even emulators

Also has LOUD audio, even tho the speakers aren't in necessarily prime locations it really projects!You do need to get a case for this bad boy IMMEDIATLY though as it doesn't come with one.Battery life is really good! Standby time us FANTASTIC. This guy can go about a week on standby and be just fine. The screen is massive so the longer you have the screen on, brightness especially, it will effect battery life. I am very happy with it though!One thing that I didn't consider is that since the screen resolution is so high, viewing ticktocks/ reading webtoons can be slightly blurry. There is no way to turn down resolution either, so it just be like that.Would still judge this bad boi at 10/10 for my first tablet. I've had it 3 months now and its not shown any evidence of \"slowing down\" or anything. Love it!
