I was using this monitor when I was shooting my sons flag football game on a bright sunny day and you are so right about the lack of brightness. I had a time trying to see if my shots were in focus. Thankfully they were all in focus but I may turn on the zebra bars next time for assistance lol.launch

this is a great video and i have subbed and liked it.\nhowever, i bought this monitor and i found it not good.\ni used it on a canon r5 and the monitor is not bright enough outdoors to check focus.\nthe focus assist was not reliable either.\nthe canon R5 does not display the exposure meter on the external monitor when you have the display setting on \"display both screens\"\nwhen you choose the monitor as the only screen to be displayed, you then lose the ability to touch the monitor and focus. Plus you get all the focus assist lines focusing on the canon on screen display icons. its very distracting and annoying. \nso the faults of the freeworld f6 plus are that the focus assist was unreliable and the screen is very dim. In darker situations you will not be able to view your subject. This with unreliable focus assist made it unusable.\ni found the canon r5 monitor much better, more detailed and sharper.\ni have now decided to ditch the whole idea about an external monitor and learn to work with what i have.\ni hope this helps someone.launch

The current marketing is saying there IS waveform. Have you found this in new firmware etc? Also...500 nits is low...is this an issue for you with all the 2000 nit monitors coming out?\n\n\nAlso the quick option (swipe up) are able to be changed in situ with a long press, apparently.launch

Just picked up this monitor for my Sony A7iii after watching your video. it works perfectly while recording 1080p video but when I switch to 4k recording, the monitor goes black and the video records fine because it switches back to onboard camera body screen. but I wish it'd work fine while recording, do you know a work around or if I'm doing something wrong?launch

Great little monitor ...but....my biggest complaint is the HDMI input is in the worst place (other than the top) being on the side and towards the top of the monitor. As an engineer, I'd have put the HDMI where the SD card is and the SD card where the HDMI out is.launch

Just got mine with the rawpower charger + 2 Sony npf550 batteries. The battery mount on the display is too big for such batteries and if I slightly move the monitor the battery just slips away :( any solution will be highly appreciated thx 🙏launch

i received my F6 today, and i cannot get my luts to import, the monitor will not even read my SD cards(tried 3) formatted in both FAT232 & NTFS, files are .cube under 7.9M\n\ni cannot even get it to update my firmware, it says failed everytime, i follow the instructions online to no avail. \n\ncan anyone please point me in the right direction?launch

Nice video! Got one in July. Never teste it out properly but got some problems with the focus peaking that is also peaking the menu. Contacted FEELWORLD for the software upgrade, they first told me that the focus peaking problem is solved and gave me an updated firmware but surprise, cannot update the monitor. It won't find the firmware update. It's a week since we exchange email back and forward with no success. Today Coco replied to me saying this: \"So no matter if it is version 1.0.2 or 1.0.6, It will not affect your using. There is unnecessary to upgrade it if it works fine. Don't you think so ? \". The fuck was that meaning? In the first place if you release an update for a software that means that you fix something that should have been fixed, and in the second place, if I want to upgrade the software that you just release so the people can upgrade, should I be able to do that, no? Hi! I just recived my f6 plus, and Im overall satisfied with the monitor. But everytime I do a quick pan or tilt it seems like the monitor has a hard time refreshing the image. My monitor suddenly stopped working. The LED indicator stopped in orange mode and would not turn on at all. I noticed that many people are having this problem with their FeelWord monitors. After using all forms of power, USB-C, Battery and 12v Adapter, the LED changed color and turned on green, however the monitor continues to have a black screen. It's very frustrating. I'm a photographer and I bought it a little over a year ago and as I wasn't working with video I didn't use it. I started using it a few months ago and now I can no longer claim the warranty to exchange it.\nAs I said, a lot of people complaining about the same problem. I have that monitor and there's no way you can reproduce the exact same colour of your camera on it. I tried several settings but the colours are different, therefore setting your white balance is a nightmare. After 2 years of use I also have an annoying black line running horizontally at the bottom of the monitor. I would recommend it just for the brightness.launch
