My x20+ I always have to schedule it for 1:00 PM and then 1:01 PM. Because the first schedule always gives me \"internal sensor error\". I never found out why. It was after an update. Then on the second schedule (1 minute later), it goes. It seems like it needs to \"wake up\" to not give an error. I don't know.launch

I bought this vacuum on black friday for 600€ (the recommended price were a whopping 800€), not sure the price justifies the navegation system. For now I've encountered a few problems when using it. First and foremost it follows china's time scheduling. I live in europe and that turned out to be the reason the vacuum would wake me up and start working at weird times. Another feature it has is it detects porridge like consistency and it wont clean it... I never had porridge like consistency on my floor while using it, but it still detected it thinking a clearer tone on my wooden floor or a reflection of it's own light was it. That results on the vacuum stopping the cleaning, going back to it's station, cleaning the mops once again and then following with the cleaning. And that adds a lot of time, uses a ton of extra water and fills the dirty water tank quicker than it should. \n\nIs the ''up to 80 degrees'' cleaning of the mops worth it? I'm not sure as I never bothered to check if it really gets to that temperature. \n\nAny more issues with the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 pro? Would love to hear about them because I'm not sure I should go back to the X20+ which is HALF the price...launch

I bought the x20 Max as soon as it came out, paid almost 7k and in less than 3 months it broke. A sensor stopped working that it wasn't recognizing the walls and would hit it every millimeter (and it starts cleaning from the corners). I returned it and was afraid to buy again even though I really liked it very much.launch

i have it 4days, but for now it is very big disappointment.. he do not know, what to do on textured carpet.. the \"AI\" gives me lot of false object on it, he moves on the carpet very chaotic and 2x3m carpet he clean 1 hour with chaotic movement, in kitchen he loose to clean the corners under furniture, where is very good access for cleaning. I moved from Xiaomi Vacuum Mop 2 Ultra to this nee one, but the \"stupid\" old robot without \"AI\" had no problem with the carpet nor corners and finished whole apartment 75m2 under 1 hour. This new one did it for 2 and half hour.. What a shame.launch

Points I found bad: it only retracts the laser to clean under furniture when it finishes all cleaning. So if you set it to clean the whole house, it will clean everything and only then will it go back to rooms with furniture that need cleaning underneath. I found that stupid. The liquid/solid recognition technology needs to improve. If the sun reflects on the floor it thinks it's a liquid and changes the cleaning mode (or doesn't clean). The camera mode control really is bad and slow, however it allows me to remove the robot from places where it gets stuck in case I'm not home. It also helps in identifying objects on the floor (which doesn't lack in this house). The battery could be better, but I already bought knowing it would last less than I'd like. I think a robot vacuum should have at least 3 hours of battery. The side brush disappointed me a bit. I have the impression that it's underutilized. That said, I don't regret the purchase. I chose it precisely because of the cost/benefit. There's nothing cheaper at the same technology level. It's serving me very well, saving me a lot of work and keeping my house always clean.launch
