Multiple owners describe the 4K image as detailed and the blacks as genuinely deep, even without using the Dynamic Black feature, which one user calls useless. Brightness and coating claims don't fully match owner experience. The advertised 3500-lumen rating is dismissed by commenters as marketing exaggeration, with real usable brightness said to be closer to 2000 lumens, well below what's watchable in that mode. Separately, one owner warns the lens's anti-reflective coating can be damaged just by wiping it with a dry cloth, a risk they felt should be clearly documented.
