I bought one ($1076 with tax) and was disappointed the first day but figured it out on the second day. With a new SM-58 and the PA EFX maxed out it makes my sax sound SOOO wonderful, breathy and sexy. Worth every cent.

So, I bought a 610 ($1076 with tax) and spent a couple days figuring it out. With a new SM-58, and EFX maxed out, my saxophone sounds like a dream. Breathy and sexy, like Gato Barbieri's sound, it is worth every penny. Now my live gigs can sound like my studio gigs.

na dude my roomate has an LA-610 and a 710 the 710 is more transparent and crystal clear on the highs and the 610 gives you a great creamy tube which is better for male vocals either UA pre amps are the best
