Mine was paired before and it stopped connecting. I unpaired them and restarted everything as you said. Now it says pairing but not connecting. Sometimes one side was playing, now nothing. Have only been using for a few weekslaunch

I've owned the Indy Fuel ANC...5 pairs of them over a 2 year span. Yes they sound great and are convenient, but 6 months in, one of them will die like clock work (I do not use them to work out, run, sweat, etc, only come out at my work desk in an office or at home to lessen the noise of my kids TV show). SC has warrantied them each time but the most recent replacement died after 3 weeks and they refused to warranty them this time. Buyer beware, SC can't seem to get the power issue fixed on this modellaunch

I'm on my third pair of INDY EarBuds. All were stone dead out of the box, and I've had charging and battery life issues with all three. Often one earbud will not charge, and I get between 50min to 1:50 min operation per charge, and about two charges per case charge. The third set power's off when it says it has 30% remaining so I suspect the earbud batteries may be damaged from setting for months in a completely discharged state.\nI've also had connection issues and it's hard to control the volume and playback using the touch controls on two Android devices, a windows laptop and an Ipad. Mic audio quality is poor and muffled, microphone levels are over-driven, and I suspect it may not be using A2DP for mic audio, but low bit rate codec. \nI've also noticed audio quality differences between devices, and even quality change dramatically from one connection to another on the same device, and I suspect has to do with the codec changing between devices.launch

First off minus the music would be a lot better. Second off when I hold them they do not shut off after the pairing thing. The pairing lights come on the pairing lights go out and then there is no red light after that. I wish I could just to be sure if these are defective or not so I could move on and buy another one. The fact that I don’t know if these are broken is making me go crazy. Each one works separately but they pair separately. I can either listen to the right or I can listen to the left I just can’t listen to them together. It’s really stupid and annoying. Nothing should ever be this difficult. When you put them in the box there should be a button on the charger that resets themlaunch

Do you have to download the app? I paired and connected my buds to my phone once and somehow unpaired them. I've not been successful at connecting my buds to my Bluetooth since. It pairs, it just won't connect and brings up a message that says that it needs an app to work basically. I downloaded the app and went thru all that jazz and still it will not connect and still says it needs an app. I downloaded the app 14 freaking times. I finally just went and bought some headphones but I keep coming back to the buds in hopes by some fluke it will connect again one day.launch

Thank you for this video, truly helped. But, I would like to use one only. I think I followed your instructions correctly and I had them both working i my ears. I took one out and put it in the case, a few seconds later the one in my ear turns off. Am I misunderstanding something? Thank youlaunch

Ear tips moves around, case will not close correctly. Remove tips then difficult to take buds out from the case. Touch control inconstant, trying to do too much with it. Pairing, wasn't that fun? Does sound pretty good once you get it paired but when unpaired without warning good luck without the case nearby. With the tips, buds stay in ear like glue. Charge on one bud about half an hour different than the other on mine. Once you get the hang of it and some personal work around, frustration level goes down somewhat. For the money and you don't care for those idiosyncrasies, its a good buy. Hope Skullcandy address those issues in their next reiteration.launch

Fuel on sale $50US. For me pairing is a problem and you need to use the case for reset to get it to pair. Don't want to carry the case with me all the time. Touch mode is confusing at best. Stay in ear really good but after 2 hours pain begins. Ok for $50.launch

Drove me nuts when earbuds don't sync together, either right or left paired but not both. Need to go through a long procedure with the case to get it back to sync. So confusing with so many different taps to perform different functions, like a keyboard with just one key or programming in machine language. Good luck with that.launch

I don't recommend them, the ears hurt by design, they constantly have interference and for calls the microphone is a pain, it seems to activate at 100% about ten seconds later, impossible to send audio messages via WhatsApp, the audio was very poor for me, avoid buying themlaunch

The quality of sound is completely flat. I can't install the app with the eq on my iPhone SE because their developers have failed to make the app responsive for small screens. When I change device I have to reset and repair the airbuds every time. The microphone has NO noise filter whatsoever: a small breeze make phone calls inaudible for the other person on the phone. This last issue also affect the so called \"ambient mode\" which translates in having the wind noise amplified in your ears. I suggest Skullcandy stop paying youtubers to backup their products and invest more in R&D. AirPods 1st generation 2015 are lightyears ahead of them.launch

Whenever I’m on call with someone\nI have to speak loud for them to hear\nI am not able to whisper cuz they cant really here it. Just got these. They sound great, fit great and look great. Only gripe is the case closes weaker than the Indy evos. My evo case closes nice and tight. This one feels as if I have to push it shut harder but I still love em. I got mine for under 60.launch
