But after iOS7, one user found the interface no longer recognized by any iPad app. Similarly, Mac driver support reportedly stops at 10.14, leaving Catalina, Big Sur, and Sierra users with an unusable 'brick,' despite one report of it working with an M4 Mac in tab mode.

Installation and driver issues are the most common complaint across platforms. Multiple users struggled installing drivers on Windows 7 64-bit, describing indefinite hangs during USB detection and forced reboots despite following manual instructions exactly. Mac users without CD drives found installation especially painful, and some found their power light shutting off after just 5 seconds, or the device simply not being detected by their computer at all, even after following setup guides.
