just bought a new reolink tp camera and it was such a terrible experience that I was forced to send it back there was absolutely NO customer support all I could get was AI and tried to talk to a human with no luck and they kept replying to me in the chat window in German I think. I had to buy a special screw driver to remove the screws over the two covers You can't even turn it on with out removing those super small screws ( if you drop one of them on the ground its lost). do your self a favor DON'T BUY ITlaunch

you told your audience that you have to use a screwndriver to load the SD card and the Sim card you also have to use the screwdriver to turn the unit off and on (the screws are so small that it takes a super small screwdriver. if you drop the screws and you will then you will never find them. it is also impossible to talk to a human and the AI kept typing in German or so etching other than english. I sent mine back!!!launch

I bought this junk under a few of you guys suggestions-well dissapointed is an understatment.Its complete garbage lags all the time-needs a sd card to even store playback info or have to use there cloud system.Had to buy a large sim card also another expense.All total im 360.00 in on this and its junk.I have next outdoor cameras that are 12 years old pre google and they smoke these cameras in every way.I tried to find a phone number for support that does not exist-email and wait a couple days or a week to get an email back.Thats not how you do business.Look somewhere else for a wireless solar camera that lte not this one.All these thumbs up videos must have gotten the camera for free waste of money.launch

Reolink needs to go back to a replaceable battery cell cameras. They say trail cams on some of their cameras but on many trails you are in the trees with no sunshine for a solar panel and you need to be able to swap out batteries when needed. My older Reolink Go cameras had an exchangeable battery that was great for when the solar panel couldn't get enough sun shine especially in the summer when all the leaves are out. There are many places that just dont have the sun shine needed and a exchangeable battery is a must. Hope Reolink is listening.launch

TrackMix, Altas, and Argus owner and I have learned over the years that without an aftermarket solar panel the cameras will always run out of power. Reolink really needs to release a panel greater than 12W and preferably with extra batteries on board.launch

Hello TrackMix users. My cameras don't charge via solar in cold weather. I have 10 pieces at different locations. Does anyone have a solution? Even with a power bank the battery won't charge? What good is a camera that doesn't work in winter? The camera only charges when it's warm. Has anyone managed to solve this problem already. Regards Tomlaunch

Just watched your video. We have the reolink 4 k Trackmix wired. No WiFi. Just cellular. We have it in our barn approximately 100’ from our house. It came with a SIMS CARD. We use the cloud service and we do pay a fee. My only problem is when you are using the camera to look around it’s soooo slow. Very disappointing. Should I replace the SIMS card with a nano sims card? Would that help while watching and moving the camera around to watch my horses?launch

Thumb up for the time you took to make the video and two thumbs down for the camera.\nDon’t get it unless you are okay with it detected every single thing that moves even when smart sensitivity is set to the lowest setting of 0 and pir sens is set to 30. \nLoses connection while network is strong and camera disconnects period.\nI have it setup at my deer blind and since I had to turn the pir sensor off so it wouldn’t go dead bc it just kept recording because it was detecting an animal that wasn’t there but when deer would show up it wouldn’t detect them.\nI know this bc I finally installed another tacticam and yep there were deer and the supposedly 4K “false advertisement and should be illegal” 300 dollar camera was doing complete opposite of what it should.\nSo now I have a not 4K ,300 dollar, intermittent working, live view camera.\nBut that’s what we get when we buy a product designed in China but to be used in the USA.launch

Had one of the trackmix cameras , when we went into winter it acted up . Reolink replaced it , plus charging me for shipping it back to them the broken one . I have never opened the box of the new one for fear it is just as good as the one that was no good . Not buying this product ever again !launch

Oh yeah to add to my long comment. The audio from the camera is horrendous unless it is 0 mph wind and I mean not even a slight breeze. \nWhen there is 0 wind you can hear everything along with lots of interference from I don’t know what in the middle of nowhere.launch

lets say the pet walks out of the frame to the right or left. Does the camera stay at that position until it detects more movement or will it return after a short time to a desired position? I own a Ranger PT. The audio going to the camera seems to be really distorted but the return audio from the camera is perfect. This happens on my phone (Iphone) or the web interface on my Windows laptop. maybe someone has a fix for the audio. I checked the firmware and its is up to date. \nThanks for sharing your review. I absolutely hate the way Reolink's zoom algorithm works (or doesn't!). It's horrific. Useless. There is almost zero point of having a secondary lens because it's just not useful at all. There *needs* to be an option of having it at the fixed zoomed in focal length for them to be of any use. Save the digital zoom nonsense for the main wide lens if you need that.launch
