Any update on the improvement of the night frame rate on this camera 6/26/2021. It's been a little under 4 months since this video. Also, sounds like when you turned the sensitivity to 100, the human detection at night took a dump and was quite the battery drainer. Any changes? Thanks. Keep up the good work!launch

I think I'll return my Eufycam 2C Pro for these. I don't like Eufy's reliance on internet and their servers for it to work. Makes no sense for cameras that advertise local storage. Argus 3 Pro with a solar panel are still cheaper than 2C Pro add-on cameras (without solar panel). Hopefully they fix the night vision FPS.launch

Awesome review! I’ve watched several and this seems to be the most put together one. My only concern is how sensitive is the motion detection? I’ve seen a few reviews saying it’s delayed and misses catching the motion until several seconds after. Like your video with the car and only seeing the back end of it when it was clearly in frame seconds before. Again, awesome review!launch

I bought two of these after watching your video. Too be honest they are hopeless unless you only need the camera to cover a very tiny area. You allude to this at the end of the video when you say it is a disappointing feature, but too be honest it's one of the most important. It doesn't pick up anything on my drive way until really close to the house. The instructions claim it will detect motion up to 10 metres away and this is a total lie.launch

yes it would be even better if it had pre footage 5-15sec ,that way truck/people would not be half missed like it was..big ask i know but other wifi reolink models has that ai. big ask for a battery powered camera that needs time to wake up as well as balance battery usage..even pre 3-5seconds would be great.launch

Anyone wanna recommend a shade of some sort that I can put over my camera? I live in Las Vegas, and my camera gets super hot during the summer. Sooo hot that the battery dies, even as it's connected to my solar panel. I have to bring it in and charge it with a brick.launch

BOTH my Argus 3 Pro cameras worked fine for the first month, went away for the holidays, and both, over the week, have now \"failure to connect\" and I've climbed up, taken both cameras down...and now unable to reset, unable to connect, unable to use either one of them now..... The speaker on the camera should not be facing away from the front. The battery in the camera will no longer holds a charge when overcharged constantly by the solar panel. Does the solar panel or camera has a over charged protection for the battery ?launch

After I done instalation, I wanted to test if. But it is not recognizing wifi. It works only if I turn the Same wifi on my mobile phone. But when I leave the location it can no longer work because I am kot connected to the same rooter like the one which is next to camera. Wtf. My friend and I have been struggling for days now.launch

No motion zones is the deal breaker for me, but I do like the addition of 5ghz wireless, bigger battery and AI detection over the standard Argus 3. Weird with 6.5 fps night recording, I don't remember experiencing that on my Argus 3. You didn't go into email settings, but the standard Argus 3 also does not have the ability to email video, or email interval option, I'm hoping those have been added in also in this \"pro\" version.\n\nGreat video as usual LH. Funny how the running man test always freezes at the exact same spot for all your tests! :)launch

I have the Argus 3 and I have a ton of static. I contacted them about it and they sent me a new camera but it still making the same static noise. I dont believe it’s interference on my end because I had an arlo camera before and it sounded fine. Any idea what it could be?launch

Thanks for your reviews, they are really in depth. Your meticulous standarised comparisons are awesome. I got the Argus 3 pro now, really nice image quality as you show, but the siren is way too quiet - strange that Reolink is not providing a proper one, should be very straightforward. Annyoing that the Reolink cameras cannot be linked (e.g for simultanous spotlight and alarm trigger). Thinking also about the Reolink outdoor E1 - but the automatic tracking doesn't seem to be impressive as I see in other reviews (are you planning a review on that one?).launch

Not sure if mine is defective or this camera just sucks. I just sent in an RMA request for replacement. I purchased this with the solar panel (which works great). However, I've had nothing but problems with this camera. The connection is horrible (even with a wifi booster with 100% signal literally 4 feet from where the camera is mounted). The motion either picks up cars on the road which is 50 ft away or nothing at all. It did not pick up my vehicle this morning pulling out from the garage where it is mounted. The notification (when it does pick up motion) is either delayed (20+ seconds) or not sent. The talk function does not work (only static) and the alarm is extremely quiet. Interestingly enough, you cannot currently purchase this camera from Reolink's website. It says \"notify me when ready\", I've had my camera for about a month now. I have a feeling that I'm not the only one with problems. I'm going to give them a chance on sending me a working replacement before I request a refund.launch

The Reolink Argus 3 Pro is a failure of a camera. Firstly, you can easily steal it. Secondly, it doesn't upload to the cloud - at least not reliably. I contacted the company but they gave up trying to help me after the third email. My issue is not resolved.launch

Don’t buy this camera nor buy anything from Reolink as they don’t honor there warrantee, I bought this camera and solar panel.. This camera arrived fault and the solar panel arrived damage. Reolink tried to trouble shoot with me over email for a bout a month before asking me to send it back at my own shipping cost to receive a new camera and panel.. I will never buy with Reolink ever again..launch

This camera is garbage, I can’t believe they call it the pro.. I received one of my cameras in a open box.. The seal that says if seal is broken don’t accept.. I contacted Reolink to tell them and they tell me to test it out to see that it works or send it back at my own expense.. This really isn’t a good camera and I don’t recommend it to anyone..launch
