Multiple owners note the center channel dialogue sounds low, especially when using Audyssey calibration, making dialogue harder to hear clearly during movies.

From switching time from one source to another taking 10 seconds is for shure issue on the AVR mostly on the software side. The advt and content comming in different volume to a certain extend could have been solved through settings. As a hard core yamaha fan its always difficult to get convinced with any other AVR and unfortunatly in your case with some software issue. The whole character of Marantz is the center console, cant imagine a Marantz without it, eventhough as u rightly mention not of much use. The Polk, Yamaha combination is good and with Marantz u must have gone with a better gear. Polk audio never sounded good with even entry level Marantz. Hope you must have gone with another Yamaha. Personally I have Marantz SR6015 and I got mine before the price hike. \n\nIn terms on HEOS, I have zero issues using Spotify on the phone app is switches to the amp flawlessly. Same with TuneIn Internet radio it works. USB music works as well. I like Airplay music the most but since I updated my iPhone from 14.3 to 14.8 Airplay don’t work as good an idk what happened. I know we are on iOS 15 and about to be 16 now but I hate updates as something always seems to break afterwards so I’d rather just stay on something stable an block the updates. Also I swear when I first got the amp Airplay 1 worked. Lately I havnt been able to get it to work. But I think it’s more of the iPhones than the amp \n\nI do agree with the center channel dialogue being low, atleast using audyssey. But I’m thinking it more because the amp is underpowered for my front stage. I want to add an external amp. I do feel like you need run audyessy multiple times and which every time seems to get different results. Sometimes it’s close an others is way different. So after I feel like you always need to fine tune and audyssey always seems to adjust the speakers at a negative Db level.\n\nFor me this my first streamline amp and now I wish I would have bumped up to the SR7015. But I love this amp it’s definitely musical, I play a lot of music. \n\nPersonally I think I’ll eventually use this amp in another room, after I upgrade to separates, which getting an external amp now will also help heading that direction. \n\nBy time I’m ready to upgrade the processor, something bigger an better will be out and I hope prices go back down too. But that why I’m holding off because these companies see people paying the higher prices, why would they lower.launch

Oh my God, What ever I facing issues in my 6015, reveled everything here. Previously I have Pioneer vsx-516, after very long plan I purchased the 6015 three months back. While installing, all my kids are waiting very anxiously for demo. But after installation, I dream was collapsed and exploded.\r\nThe movie is ok. But music, there is no life no bass nothing, nothing. Really fed up. My previous pioneer more than 15 years old. But I enjoyed the music. My kids are played the same song more than 2 or three times. But in 6015 nothing life in sound. For music lovers, don’t even thing about the 6015. I have nvidea shield, firetv atmos and Marantz UHD 7007 bluray player. In my experience, the blu disc are giving very good effect for watching movie. Also I used downloaded movie in external powered hard disc-its also good compare than OTT.launch
