Yup, these headphones are the BEST for the price. I got these in 2022 for nights when i couldn’t use my actual headphones on my PC for recording vocals. I would Literally hop in my car and record off my phone mic with these headphones, somehow bypassing the actual headphone mic. these bring so much life to engineering for me. Everything sound wise, excluding the mic, is perfect to me. its so clear and comfortable to wear aswell. These were so good to me that, when mine broke ? I tapped them back up just so i could keep using them 😂😂 … sad thing is. I can only get these from amazon now because every store online wants to say “in stock “ but when i show up or call? “Sorry, we dont sell those here but, we have an alternative thats $70 usd and up and i said F that because If its the same model and materials with a new mic? Its not worth it to me if i can just bypass the built in mic on this version. I can look past the app support and cheap materials because like you said, they are comfortable, they sound really good when listening to stuff but, the build quality makes it hard to take care of. So, The ones i ordered today ? I will NOT be sleeping with them on 😂 they will hang from a nail in the wall when im done, strictly for recording. Awesome review! Am i crazy for giving these a 8-10 ? For budget? Because despite the cons.. they actually feel like they’re worth the price where as in if you buy any other over the ear headphones for this price ? The sound quality is usually a bit depressing. These? Its a whole new world. I actually went like “😮” when i first heard them and truly, I believe if Jlab reworked these, took out the mic to where you could only speak through your phone mic instead ? These would be top tier budget headphones and they could honestly be best sellers in the market. They could even keep the same materials just, put warnings to take good care of them, that they’re delicate. As for the EQ and stuff? They’re fine at the setting they’re at to me, if i need too i can just use sound apps that manipulate the sound coming from them. Its not official jlab tech but, a few random ones work really good. Then i could comfortably rate these a 10 🥶. Jlab is missing out on a big play with these man.
