What i have with this buds are they simply dont hold tight into my ears, i have to push them inside to get a really good sound, otherwise they stand a bit saggy and sound weak. How can i solve that?launch

I just bought these and they are amazing but I think my ears are to small for them. Idk right now I’m messing with the sizing and all. I have these. My husband had the ones that are 10 dollars more with the bar at the ends. He got me these because I thought they were the same size as his, but without the bar - unfortunately, they are not. These are bigger. A lot bigger. I'm fact, they are uncomfortably bigger. They also slip every so often because of the extra weight. However, they don't have the annoying \"aware\" setting that the ones with the bars have. All that does is create an echo where you hear your own voice. It is a useless feature (that accidently gets turned on sometimes) that I'm glad isn't on these.launch

Someone please help… i got them yesterday and they have a static noice when they need to play a sound. If i open reddit they will be quiet and when a video comes up or sth they start hissing and you hear that static noice. This happens on all apps anyone got a tip/fix/experience?launch

Our Jlabs earbuds lasted exactly 2 1/2 months before 1 side stopped pairing. Tried everything. nothing worked to fix the problem. Jlab provided an RMA, HOWEVER, to replace the earbuds Jlabs charges exorbitant shipping costs (which clearly cover the cost of the replacement product. For me it will cost 45 CAN dollars in shipping, + $15 CAN dollars for me to ship them the defective earbuds. Thats $60 to replace 2 1/2 month old earbuds. The warranty is worthless. I recommend NOONE buy Jlabs products unless you like to gamble with your money, or you just would like to have a product that will only work 12 times before breaking.launch

The hardwired charging cable is seen by some as a cost-cutting measure rather than a convenience, with worries that damage to the short cable renders the whole case unusable, and no backup port exists.

I hate the built in cable. Too expensive to trash the charge case when the cable wears out or gets accidentally clipped. They need a backup port but then the price goes up. Wish I could get this but charging cable is a deal breaker.launch

The built-in charging cable was nothing more than a cost saving measure, not an end-user convenience. They saved production costs not only by eliminating the need for a USB connector on the charging case by hardwiring the (very short!) built-in cable to the device's circuit board, but also, by eliminating the need to supply a proper full length charging cable with the product. A Win-Win for the manufacturer, but the end-user will most likely want to buy a female-to-male USB extension cable to make it a reasonable length. And as Gamesky mentioned in the review, if anything happens to the tiny cable's connection to the charging case, the Jbuds will become non-rechargeable and useless.launch

So I just bought these today, and I must say they are truly amazing for the value!\nPROS:\n\n\n\nSound: Really great! They get pretty damn loud Like most reviewers say, the Jlab signature EQ is the best overall. As a side note..it uses AAC Codex. Least that is what my phone says (OnePlus 7 pro)\nBuild: Solid build for a all plastic construction! It doesn't feel like anything is cheap.\nCall Quality: Like the test you hear in the video..call quality is definitely amazing super clear!\nComfort: These fit VERY snug in my ears. They definitely doesn't feel like they are coming out at all. Just make sure to try each eartip til you find one for your ears.\nFeatures: Like Brian mentions these can be connected independent of each other seamlessly. So one inst a slave to the other\n Touch controls work great and picks up touches great.\n I love that the charging cable is built onto the case. Also its a reversible USB A cable...meaning you dont have to flip it a certain way when plugging it in a powerbank or wall block. Also I believe JLabs says that the cord has been tested for something like 20,000 bends.(Don't quote me on the number though)\n The magnets holding the earbuds in are pretty strong...so no falling out the case.\n These are extremely fast once paired initially. Basically once the case is open its paired...little to no delay at all!!\n\n\nCONS:\n\n\nSo there isn't really much cons with these earbuds at this price honestly but there is a few things i found, though these are mostly nitpicks at best.\n\n\nControls: So when in mono mode(using only one earbud) it seems you lose most of the touch features on that earbud. For example if using the right bud...you wont be able to volume up, skip tracks, or play pause.You'll only be able to change the EQ. I hope in the future JLab can make changes to this. However, you can still answer calls with the touch control in mono mode as usual.\nFeatures: No proximity sensor. I would of liked for there to be a proximity sensor so that my buds would pause when taken out and resume play like some other buds do. Again this is just a minor nitpick\n No Find my Buds feature. I feel that most if not all earbuds should come with a feature like this. These things are small and you could easily lose them by mistake.\n No Sound App. There isn't really an app for these buds.Yes, there is an app in the play store, but its just a over glorified shopping app. I would like something similar to what Jaybirds have where you can tune or customize your EQ to your liking.\n\n\nFinal thoughts:\n\n\nOverall, I love these earbuds! These are my very first Truly Wireless Earbuds I ever owned. Even with the cons that I mentioned...I'd still recommend these highly to anyone for this price point.
