I like your practical and to the point style. There's lots of other more in depth technical reviews. \nAdvice to anyone getting these, make sure to update their firmware in the JBL App (yes they are supported) and configure them as you like for EQ, touch controls etc. Dump the App after that if you want but I find it useful.\nLots of people have fitment issues as they're large and outside heavy plus have ridiculous included eartips which push them way out even more. I use spinfit tips for much better fit.\nLastly, there's a newer version called just 'JBL Tune Buds'launch

I have the previous version of JBL 100 TWS BT Headphones. One think I was most disappointed was after a couple of months usage I was unable to get the good call quality and connectivity . U can still rely on quality of call but connectivity of calls via JBL was a mess. The receiver was unable to hear even a single voice. Should I go for the new one?launch

Hard work, the start up instructions are from the pits of hell. Took at least 6 attempts, including loading the app, registering with JBL, factory resetting the earbuds multiple times, trying with buds in the charger and out, suddenly started working, no idea what worked.launch

The JBL earbuds worked fine for the first few months, but within nine months of purchase, the left earbud stopped working completely. It did not produce any sound or connect to my phone.\r\nI visited customer service center twice for the same issue, but I did not get any proper resolution or assistance. I was given vague and unsatisfactory answers saying that cleaning the earbuds with a toothpick or tweezers would solve the issue. When I asked if this was the suggestion given in the manual and whether I would not be held liable for any damage to the product caused due to this, for which the service center told me that I need to keep on visiting them if there is any issue and they can only clean the earbuds and give them back to me and there is no other alternative.\r\n\r\nWow, JBL ear buds are amazing, and the service offered is fabulous and the explanation given by the service center technician is just out of the world. I just love going to the customer center every other day to get them cleaned. It's like having a car that needs constant oil changes instead of earphones.launch

Only Supports SBC codec and no support for AAC or AptX or LDAC. Lack of LDAC support is understandable at this price point but it should have support for atleast AAC and AptX codecs. SBC supports only max 320 kbps bit rate.launch
