I own two Ranger 2 cameras and two Bullet outdoor cameras . I have installed on all of them 64GB U3 micro SD cards . The problem is that the recordings are shown blank . There are only a few recordings and I wonder , do the cameras record 24/7?launch

I bought it but in terms of human detection it's really not great. At level 3 you never get notifications, level 4 you get them as soon as a light turns on. And when it rains well it detects everything. It's a bit broken... I'm a bit disappointedlaunch

I have 2 of this same model , one i was able to connect to the mobile app and another one is only flashing with red light not green and is unable to connect to wired or wireless wifi , i am stuck , please help, i tried everything multiple times and reset button doesn’t change anything its always the red lightlaunch

The problem I have found with IMOU systems is that the thumbnails disappear from time to time and the camera will lose connection with the wifi for several hours, so you don't get any alerts. They just aren't as reliable as a proper wired system.launch

One user's power cord snapped during installation, exposing thin, poor-quality wiring that required a custom repair, leading them to call the overall build disappointing compared to cheaper alternatives.

camera is ok build, installed is couple of days ago, while installing the power cord cable snaped. Yes is snapped and broke the inner copper wireing. So had to do a costum repair soldering de wire back . amazed about hor fuXXXing thin the powercord is. there are alot of cheap cams with better allround build than this one. Will replace it soon and never get another. see aliexpress for better cheaper and higher quality builds. Very dissapointed about overal quality!launch

There is no color night vision, it's just a misleading title. It's simply white light any camera with a reflector next to it and you can already convert a common camera to full color haha that's how it islaunch
