Now the second SD card, I purchased was good. As your video stated, the camera, is advertised as \"wireless\" but this particular camera it will not work unless it is plugged into an electrical outlet. I bought 2 IMOU cameras for the first and last time.\r\nThey make updates every 2 weeks.\r\nUntil the moment they installed me for the last time without allowing them the last update.\r\nNow the sd card doesn't work anymore, it asks me to format it every time I log in and any notification pops up.\r\nAlthough I wrote to them about the problem, I did not receive any reply.\r\nThe camera is still good, but it's annoying and I gave up on it, the outdoor one.\r\nThey update until the moment you can't use SD card anymore because they shove their paid online storage area down your throat.\r\nAnd so you can't download any recording from the card to the phone.\r\nBetter in terms of price, quality and many options are those from Xiaomi.launch

This a fixed lens camera....display screen cannot be adjusted left or right by the App only up and down by the body fixture. Also does NOT do continous recording. Limited options but a very good fixed camera but not suitable for what i wanted. Purchased another with phone app screen adjusment.launch

Camera outdoor generates a lot of false alarms during night with IR, due to rain drops, snow flakes, flying bugs. I not recommed till they fix it. It's not as promised in adv.launch

Mine was only used about 8 months untill it had water damage, last week it just disconnected with only red light, it couldn't reset, and now i have to purchase another camera, but i have to put a roof above it so it won't get water damage anymore, but that's what IP rating is right?launch

The camera requires creating an online account with email and exact location even for users who don't want cloud service, which one user felt was an unnecessary privacy intrusion for a device that should work standalone.

I bought it. Why does it always need to connect to the internet first time. I feel nervous that its an invasion of privacy. These devices can very well work stand alone. Still Dahua IMOU wants to get your email id, exact location and then create an \"account\" online. When im not going to use their cloud service why do they need this ?launch
