Great Demo 💯. I wanted to give a fair review, after owning the FRFR Go for 2 weeks of daily use.\n\nThe Good: Looks great, reasonable build quality-totally portable with great battery life. Only product in the category that’s a true FRFR desktop practice amp. Pairs really well with JOYO Momix Go wireless audio interface and Garageband/Logic on the Ipad as Drum Machine, vocals, Guitar Amp.\n\nCons: Bluetooth quality on this unit functions flawlessly but the volume is not enough for busking, and would be challenging for a group living room jam with band mates. Equally the guitar volume is good enough for practice but, lacking power it wouldn’t make beginners, teens or church-rock dads happy. \n\nI will keep this unit, but as someone who loves the larger, 2000 watt Headrush 8’s and 12’ I suggest Headrush ditch the anemic dual 3inch speakers for a 3 speaker, Sub, mid, tweeter like the 15watt Joyo DC15b which is significantly louder, has better bass, a cleaner high end and better headroom. In summary the Headrush FRFR Go would benefit from a Generation 2 redesign to make an underwhelming product into a great product.launch

I've got two I run stereo. They do everything I want in classical, jamband & metal tones for acoustic, electric & bass. The only problem I have is the little speakers don't do the low B string basses perfectly well. Other than that, I'm a fan, relative to the price. HF. 9/10 (-1 'cause it could be louder)launch

Oh man, I ordered one and plugged it in today. I used my PodGO- it sounds absolutely amazing. I also plugged it in to my PodExpress. I am in my house in a 10x15 room with eight foot ceiling. I can’t crank it - it’s too loud. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. \nThanks for the review. I bought it because of this video. If I wasn’t in the U.S. I would have bought it from you!launch

I just got two of these to go stereo. I tried my NuX & AFX acoustic preamps, my Walrus & Mooer preamps & my Sonicake bass preamp into them. You will NOT want to play with a drummer louder than my old jam band buddy, not at all. Other than the volume, I thought they were awesome. 9/10. TYVM for the vid. Multiple commenters call the mono-only 1/4in input a major design flaw for modelers that output stereo, requiring a TRS-Y adapter or purchase of a second unit to get true stereo.

There's definately a gap for these type of clean amps. I use a Spark 40 exactly like this, turn off the FX and amp sim and it becomes an FRFR cab.\n\nThe price is good, but the lack of a USB interface cripples it as a viable product.\n\nHeadrush, if you're listening - it needs stereo input on the 1/4\", USB C audio interface, XLR outs, unbalanced aux in, perhaps a 5 band EQ for room correction and you've got a winner product.\n\nBluetooth not necessary - its either a music speaker, or a speaker for a modeller.launch

Frequency range is from 75Hz to 20KHz. Standard tuning bottom E is 82.4Hz - this speaker won't be good for drop tunings or 7 and 8 string guitars. But the spec clearly states that the mini-jack input is stereo. Why they didn't do that for the 1/4 inch jack is quite remarkable!launch

No stereo input is a massive issue.\nI realise this will have a been a budgetary decision but this thing is designed to amplify a Multi FX board, nearly all of which output stereo.\nAn odd move and not so great, really.\nNo doubt the FRFR Go A Bit Farther with a stereo input will be released in a month or two....after a bunch of people already bought two of these things....launch

Hello, I had a very nasty cracking and creaking noise when I use mine, specially when it's a preset full distorted or with lots of gain... I don't know why... One reviewer noted the speaker cloth felt cheap and loose with visible sag spots from factory packaging, and didn't handle high gain or looping well compared to a Yamaha THR30II.

Bought it and I’m sending it back. Headrush needs to work on this more. doesn’t handle high gain well also it’s 30watts doesn’t compete with Yamaha THR30II although different price range. This just isn’t up to pare yet. Yes it sounds full and can chug also has nice clean full sound but it doesn’t handle looping or back tracks well or turning it up. I used my Headrush Core into this and a/b’ed it next to my Yamaha THR30 I must add the speaker cloth is cheap and loose feeling. For something portable that clothe won’t last long there were sag spots in it already from factory packaging.\n\nThis is just my opinion and I’m a blues/country guy who dabbles in other stuff as well. And yes I know you can adjust the eq in the modeler to help dial back frequencies. But this just isn’t up to my standards. I’d also figure if your running vox and acoustic into this it’s not going to be great vs good headphones.launch

I have one of these and really dig it. It's 95% of what I was looking for, at a great price point. My only complaint is that if you use the AUX input instead of bluetooth, there is still a lot of latency. I know they are all like that, but it's still annoying.launch

I got one as soon as it came out... and I returned it. I was disappointed in how bad it sounded as a speaker for backing tracks. But I was especially disappointed in how much I had to cheat with the EQ to make it sound like my headphones with my multi-effects. For me it's not a true FRFR, there's too much coloration in the sound.launch
