The balanced 2.5mm connection activates both onboard DAC chips versus one for single-ended, and users report a clear sonic improvement switching to balanced, driving planars and low-sensitivity IEMs with surprising headroom and control.

LDAC and Bluetooth codec support is a highlight, but with real caveats. Android users on LDAC-capable phones report excellent streaming quality, sometimes rivaling wired connections, while Apple users are stuck on AAC and report disappointment.
