What i figured on my c3wpro over the years...is the Image quality and detection accuracy has a lot to do on how the camera is mounted and pointed. The More it's tilted downwards the less it detects in the field of View on distance objects. 1.50 - 2.0 Meters above ground and pointed more in a straight way is the cam's perefect sweetspot.😉👍launch

Greetings from Torrance! Its a pretty good camera except for the detection at 20 feet. I was hoping for better, but still not a bad camera. I am a little biased because my C1C cameras have been working great and notifications are really quick. Quality is really good, audio is a little too sensitive. I know it was a windy day in Texas, but it could have been better. But still, I really like Ezviz products. Thank you sir!launch

It might have been helpful if you'd shown an example of zooming in when you were at the far end of the garden. The picture may look sharp when viewing the whole but if you can't zoom in and identify someone at the end of the garden then what's the point? If you needed to get the police involved they'd probably say thanks but if we can't see who it was at the end of your garden there's not much we can do about it.\n\nAlso, I wasn't clear from your video (may have missed if you said) whether, when the camera is in colour night vision mode, the lights are on all the time or only when motion is detected.launch

Why when I use the camera in high definition mode does it heat up quickly.. in the middle the quality is low.. baby doesn't heat because the cctv 24 hours every daylaunch

Don't you get 1440p video out of it, only 1080p?\nThe video from backyard looks heavily compressed 1080p video. I'm little bit disappointed that bit rates are so low with these security cameras. Even 2MP (1080p) sensor should produce better video quality if bit rate would be higher.launch

I have been using my ezviz camera for 4 years now but of recent days it keeps turning off? the power adapter is working fine ezviz recently brought a device inspection payment option but i find it useless as it doesnt give a reset option to turn the camera back on remotely. Hi, i'm having a problem with one of my Ezviz cameras, the C3W pro. Regarding the schedules. Ie, push notification is not set on a schedule, so i always get push notifications of human detection, however, the intrusion detection affects the push notification, if i set the schedule for the intrusion, ie soft sound, then set a schedule, say 00:01 until 05:00, then that disables push notification, even though push isn't set on a schedule. So to confirm\r\nAlarm notification..on\r\nHuman detection.. on\r\nNotification schedule ...off\r\n\r\nScroll down to select the mode... soft\r\ninto that submenu, if i set the sound alert on a schedule then it disables my push notification for human detection.\r\nSo, to reiterate, what i want to do is have motion detection/human detection always on, intruder alerts i want to set on a schedule.\r\nCan you advise.\r\nThanks, Paul.launch
