I can't do the factory reset, I followed the instructions on the website, holding down the power button for 8 seconds, but nothing happens. Same thing by holding down the \"light\" button for 10 seconds, nothing happens. What can I do? Thanks.launch

Multiple owners couldn't get the RGB keyboard lighting to work at all or activate properly, with one only getting plain white LEDs instead of color.

I've had this cool little pixel art gadget for at least 2 years at this point(I think I got it when it first came out), because I know I had at least 2 Christmas animation sets I used over 2 Christmases. I wanted to add something not mentioned. You can save 3 different sets of art to your app, and each sets allows for I believe 12 different pictures and/or animations. I usually fill most or all of the slots with animations. The device is very well made, and heavy. Great for anyone who spends any part of their day at their desk for sure, and I think it makes a great gift item. The community is very active on the app, there are always very cool new designs and you can share your own easily too. The games are cool to try out but otherwise it's just neat that they are there, and are an excuse to play with the pleasantly clicky buttons. \nThe only problems I have had in all the time I've had it, and it is always on, 24/7, on my desk, is that once it was unresponsive and I had to reboot it. The other problem is that every few weeks it seems to forget the set of animations/pics sent to it by the app, and it will display the trending images selected by Ditoo instead.launch

Mine is not turning off no matter how many times I click or hold click the on off button also the voluma or joystick buttons are not working can’t play the mini games or anything all I can do is play music and change the pixel artlaunch
