creative is shiity company now, i have been using outlier air v1 and trust me this is my mistake to spend those money on creative, quality of the button was so cheap even seal start breaking and problem in sound balancing some times left earbuds stops working (lag) and then have to wait to drain full battery of left one to use them again. in windows only this earbuds gives problem of chirping sound. and there is no support from service center as they say that there is physical damage which is button seal was tapered by clicking on button. really this is my mistake to see creative as brand and choosing it instead of galaxy earbuds.launch

I have not used v3 or v2 but v1 had a really good fit on my ears compared to my current Galaxy Earbuds Pro! I didn't like the issues there were with the push buttons, 2 times happened to defect. Also their buttons seal was not of so good quality.\nI would likely buy again these buds if I knew their quality has been improved and there are no such issues anymore.launch

DONT BUY THESE! This earbud sound horrible and they fit even worse. The sound is only mids. It's get even worse with the EQ. Crap in, crap out. Choose something else, avoid these. They have a lower price for a reason.launch

Compliments on the video. I have a problem with these headphones. How can I balance the audio between the right and left earphone? Unfortunately at maximum volume on the right I hear it loud and on the left I hear it very quietly. I even tried changing the touch personalization on the headphones by reversing \"raise volume with left\" but nothing works; I tried with the SXFI app using the \"repair device\" option and nothing improves.
