Done with this watch. My Honor Magic 2 got notifications on full screen. This one only gives a notification in the top of the screen so I still have to touch the screen to see the message, a big dissapointment for melaunch

Hi brothers, I bought Zeblaze GTR3 Pro yesterday. Today I was swimming in the sea, with the watch in my hand and after five minutes it stopped working. Now the clock is dead and cannot be turned on again. How is this possible if it has an IP68 certificate. With the previous HUAWEI Band 6, I was able to dive normally and be in the sea indefinitely. I can't find the Zeblaze customer support site. Does it even exist or should I forget this company.launch

After at FIRST requesting replacement and many weeks of videos and reset and following your instructions you then say after 11 months you will do nothing. The problem happened befotlre the 11 months and the watch was rarely used as I mostly use my phone. Do you expect people to buy your watches whereas they will not even last a year. If you look back on your files the same issue happened with my Thor 4. Social media posts with evidence of  Zeblazes non concern will probably hurt your sales. YOU should replace at least with refurbished unit.launch
