In terms of design it's nice, I had a Zeblaze before but one downside is the app sometimes has errors and there's no notification warning when it's connected because one app is for many smartwatches, Zeblaze's rule could create a separate app, that's the only downside

After at FIRST requesting replacement and many weeks of videos and reset and following your instructions you then say after 11 months you will do nothing. The problem happened befotlre the 11 months and the watch was rarely used as I mostly use my phone. Do you expect people to buy your watches whereas they will not even last a year. If you look back on your files the same issue happened with my Thor 4. Social media posts with evidence of Zeblazes non concern will probably hurt your sales. YOU should replace at least with refurbished unit.
