Noise cancellation results are inconsistent depending on who you ask. A warehouse user praised the UH38 for completely blocking out background noise like bay doors and tape guns during calls, calling it one of the best they'd experienced. However, other buyers reported the opposite: background noise was still audible to callers after purchase, and multiple people asked how to actually enable mic noise cancellation, suspecting a firmware update or hidden setting was required to unlock the feature properly.

Bluetooth multi-device pairing is more cumbersome than the manual suggests. One UH38 Mono Teams owner explained that despite the manual claiming a second device can pair automatically when the first is out of range or has Bluetooth off, in practice this didn't work. They had to fully unpair one device before pairing another, then repeat the process to switch back, plus disconnect and reconnect the USB cable just to enter pairing mode again.

Missing charging feedback and connectivity limitations bothered some users. A warehouse user reported that when speaking with someone wearing the UH38, none of the loud background noises like bay doors, paper dispensers, or tape guns came through. They called the noise cancelling one of the best they'd experienced in a long time.

We use one in our warehouse and when I speak with the user, I cannot hear any of the background noises; like the bay door opening and closing or the paper filler dispensing and all the tap guns taping boxes! The noise cancelling is one of the best I have experienced in a long time. Thanks for this great video too!

If this had ALSO the cable to connect to a MacBook via Thunderbolt, it would be Amazingly versatile with Bluetooth, Mac and PC options. I did thing the noise cancelation didn't yield clarity in the voice. Are there any wired sets that can go USB and Thunderbolt?

Hi, great video, well done! :)\nI hope you can answer this question:\nI realised that the manual says that a 2nd Mobile/Device can be paired if the 1st paired device is out of range or with Bluetooth off.\nUnfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case with my UH38, I must unpair one device fully to pair a 2nd one, and back again to come back the the 1st one, too much work to have to unpair and pair again from the mobile settings each time... (and I have to disconnect and connect the USB again for it to go into pairing more, turning bluetooth off and on not enough, I have the UH38 MONO TEAMS model).\nIs there any known solution?\nThanks in advance for your assistance! :)

How do i know if it's charging? There is no light indicator while plugged in, but i get notifications of it being at 10%. So far, Im not a fan of this device.
