I purchased the A30 with the ctp18 touch panel and everything has went well for the setup. However I bought the VCM36 that yealink is pushing for the a wireless microphone for the conference room. Upon plugging it into the A30 I get Mic not paired. Was wondering if you knew why this would not pair? Not much online or support.
