I have the BH71 workstation and my main issue is that the ear tips piece is awful. Whatever material it is, it’s terrible. I tried all sizes and it just doesn’t properly close the ear canal so the sound leaks out. Also the ear piece doesn’t feel secure because of the rubber tip. They could easily fix this if they switched to a different material like foam or something better than what comes out of the box.\n\nUnfortunately there is no after market option so for me this headset just doesn’t work.\n\nOther than that, excellent software, excellent design, just needs to figure out the ear tipslaunch

The on/off and answer/end-call buttons are described as tiny and poorly positioned, making them hard to use one-handed, such as while walking a dog with a leash in each hand.

i bought the yealink bh71 to replace my failing and discontinued motorola h730. everyone i called says the yealink sounds much better than the motorola. i do find some disadvantages to using the yealink over the motorola. 1. the on/off button is tiny. 2. the answer/drop call button is also tiny and in awkward position. what i would love to see in future improvements is to incorporate the on/off and answer call button into the volume button. long press to turn on/off and short tap to answer/end calls. if yealink can do this, it would but easier to turn on/off and answer calls. right now for me its a pain in the @$$. i use the bt when i walk the dogs and with a leash in each hand i have to fumble around to answer calls. lastly, when a call ends, there should be an announcement that the call has ended. presently, the call just ends and your not sure if the other side is still on or gone.launch

One user directly compared the BH71 to the Poly 5200 and said the Yealink is much slower to connect when a call comes in, forcing callers to wait about 5 seconds.

I have the poly 5200 and yearlink, the yearlink is way to slow to connect to the phone, when people are calling. They have to wait 5 sec, after i have answer the calllaunch

A recent buyer reported audio repeatedly connecting and disconnecting during Teams calls, with the headset only working reliably as a hands-free device when paired to a phone instead.

I like the product and video until the test of the dogs and baby noises, i have both in my house and the noise canceling if will be like this is not good. I keep with blueparrot.launch
