Withings watches are awsome. BUT you cant change the Battery. After some Years you have to buy a new watch instead of changing the Battery . Thats crazylaunch

The case is obviously still not screwed and not serviceable. Glass, crown and battery cannot be changed this way. This should be changed and the watch is perfect.launch

Absolutely terrible watch. After 1 year the back detaches.. really awful.. customer service doesn't even respond.. They are incapable of repairing or advising - You have to read the complaints on their site.. I think they are already bankrupt..launch

I have got the first version for about 2 years and I am totally underwhelmed. \nThough it is a very beautiful wrist watch, it is totally unable to give any kind of adequate readings including steps taken when compared to my Samsung ring or watch. \nHowever I still wear it when I'm going on classy outings and I just want to track my step however loosely that might be. \nI wish they'd do something much better or Garmin gives us a hybrid version in their luxury Marc lineup.launch

Withings scan looks great, perfect for someone who likes analog hands buts sill a smart watch, but it doesn't count the steps , like it only counts 20percent of the steps and even worse in a treadmill, withings said their algorithm doesn't work well on a treadmill, but it doesn't work on a hard surface as well, withings recommended to use the rubber strap, still didn't solve the issue , some users mentioned it works little bit better if you stomp the feet harder and swing the arms more , but still not accurate , why bother buying a watch for $800 and have to deal with all this, pretty disappointed , I returned for a refundlaunch

Dang, I was really interested in this watch before I heard about the heart rate monitoring issues. Did some more Googling after hearing this and turns out they do a poor job of using heart rate for things like calculating calories burned in a workout.\n\nIt's a shame, because it's the most beautiful smart watch I've seen, and if the sensors were better it would be exactly the amount of smart features I would want in a watch.\n\nAt least this video also made me realize I hadn't considered a ring for the sleek and minimalist health monitoring device I'm wanting, so thanks for giving me that idea here toolaunch
