Can you please show how to use those extra plugs, I have the same ones, but they are my first pair of in-ears, and there were no instructions included for the plugs. Thank you kindly! 🙏 Also, mine have the UE logo, but next time I’d prefer no logo at all, I wonder if you can get that paying for custom logo and then just leaving it blank? Have you ever had the chance to compare pro’s with ambient ones? I opted for the latter, because I’d like to hear the crowd as well, but it’d be interesting to know how much of a difference it makes to go pro.

Hey Tony, thanks for your video above and I have the same in ears but problems with the bass. Ok the right In Ear don't fit as good as the left do but I miss the bass at all in these in ears and they were advertised for me as a drummer turn into a singer... I have the ambient version too and read that the whole has an impact on the bass response but I couldn't ever imagine that this is that much. Just when I use a separate EQ mixer from Presouns in front of the In Ears and turn the bass nope higher then the bass drivers came alive... Do you had any problems with the bass too or would you saywithout any EQ the natural noise from the In Ears itself are sufficient for you ?? Thanks Martin from Germany!
