My friend who owns a SONY Cyber shot DSC HX 200 V some 5 years ago andnow had some transfering problems on PlayMemories .Cannot transfer videos andpics using PlayMemories to his computer. I wonder if I buy the new SONY Cyber shot HX350 will I encounter the same transfering problems ?

I think this SONY Cyber shot isn't that great as it seems. No 4K video ? I wonder is the new LUMIX FZ80/FZ82 as better deal ? or heard Panasonic is slowly phasing out their camera division in Asia ? Stick to Canon maybe...., or buy the more expensive LEICA ?
