I got a problem. My left earbud acting like i'm in another room, the volume is turning down, sometimes just stop the sound, as i say, like i'm far from my phone. i tried multiple times to disconnect /reconnect, i tried to reset them, but absolutely nothing change and i cant contact any support from the website. it keep telling me that the page doesn't respond. any idea on how i can fix it? Yeah, these things are complete garbage. Save your money, people. Getting them into your ears is a complete nightmare, pairing with some devices (like an older iPod) is just about impossible, the sound quality is crap, and the volume is way too low. On top of that, the button placement is terrible. The entire design is a total fail. I truly hate these things and will be returning them the moment the store opens. I'm seriously pissed.\r\n\r\nI got them to pair with my iPod one time and one time only. I've tried every which way to get them to pair again but nothing seems to work. Why they would pair only once is beyond me. I've tried roughly one hundred times to get them to pair again but simply can't. Nothing I do works, and now one earbud has a red light while the other has a blue light. I'm giving up, returning them, and will never give SkullCandy my money again. Lesson learned.launch

I purchased and I returned them on another day.. I actually like the builed quality and the features offered by skullcandy as well as the battery life. But in terms of music when u shift to bass mode it starts error in noise. I replaced with JBL tune i am happy nowlaunch

I tried these out when they came out. Utterly disappointed. I am an earbud fanatic, and I have also owned practically every iteration of Skullcandy earbuds. They sound like a cheap product that sells for less than $20. Granted, I have switched the eartips to get the best possible seal since this is crucial for good sound quality, AND I have update the firmware. No improvement. The sound is somewhat mid-range focused with lack of detail and richness. Bass lovers look elsewhere. Volume is not great either. This is deeply disappointing, because when I think Skullcandy I think earth-shattering bass and clarity. The more recent offerings from Skullcandy have veered in a different direction.\r\n\nPrevious to this I owned the Skullcandy Rail and Rail ANC's. I purchased the Rail ANC's twice. They were terrible: same issues as the Push Active ANCs. The basic Rail is somewhat better with a pleasing, customizable rich sound; and they get loud. I hope Skullcandy can course-correct for the future.\r\n\r\nIn my opinion, the last decent pair of ANC buds they put out were the Indy Fuel ANC's. The quality of ANC was decent for the time and the sound was full and meaty. Not sure why things have taken such a turn for the worse. I'm still hoping Skullcandy can make a comeback.launch

I have the push play active and I’ve gotta say I’ve never been more irritated by a pair of Bluetooth headphones. I have to disconnect my phones Bluetooth to keep them from connecting in my pocket because they don’t turn off when you put them away. They at least don’t stay off. The amount of times I’ve gone to use them and they’re low battery because they’ve either been connected for a long ass time for no reason. Or they just didn’t sit in the case correctly and never properly charged. Absolute trash imolaunch

what an atrocious product. obviously only positive or paid comments are left behind on most platforms talking about it. every feature is scuffed. \nthe sensitive button is bound no chance to change it.. if you get a drop on the button your buds will flip out, unpair, shutdown. the goofy color scheme makes you looks like a person in need of broadcasting their head to the world. one might confuse them with hearing protection for construction workers. only thing i ever wanted from them is to work in the shower which they failed miserably. the anc will clip your sound everytime things are super loud. every time you turn them on, you need to turn off stay aware and anc, get ready to allocate part of your busy lifer to turning anc off every time, it does not save the setting.\nreception is a lot worse than some 40e JBL buds. they probably just made it in a computer and produced it. nobody bothered to test it!!!!. the sound and battery are ok, but they are ugly and the issues ruin it for me! so ANNOYING the person who made it needs some serious PRISON!launch

First time using any type of Skullcandy Push ANC Active ear huck. Poor condition with music clipping and dropping in and out when near phone or next room. I have to set up game mood ever time within app because it doesn't remember my settings last time I left it and that same for No noise cancelling. Not worth the money at $99.00 or if you can pick them up $60 with offer or deal, you been warned with this device, unless you used Skullcandy before go ahead and upgrade. Not for me👎launch

DON'T BUY THEM, the left earphone stops working and it's super constant, in all the tutorials, reels, shorts, whatever you search it says that 'my left earphone stopped working' and it's something the brand knows because even in their instruction manual they have a special section for what to do in case one of your earphones stops working, the worst part is that it's a solution that doesn't work. Don't waste your money on this, for 500 pesos more you can buy Samsung or AirPods and you can have a better warranty and customer service, here there's nowhere to contact Skullcandy, they have terrible customer service, fortunately my purchase was via Amazon and they gave me the option to return it, but if it had been directly with the brand, well it's impossible because in the first place on their official page they don't give the option to buy in Mexico (which I found out after buying them). Another thing, the buttons are super hard and super badly positioned, they don't change to the next song and you have to press something hard for them to actually work. Bad investment. I hope my comment helps someone not throw their money in the trashlaunch
