Feedback - worst TV experience. \n1. TV kept crashing and restarting.\n2. Slow! Most likely due to poor processing power or RAM. Updates made things worse. \n3. Randomly shut down. Motherboard was replaced, and PSU eventually. And the problem came back in less than a year. Has been to service 3 times. \nAt the end, the panel developed more than 100 dead pixels in total... \n4. Automatic sound level compensation cant be turned off, it stays on even if you change settings, rendering it worthless for audio purposes with external HiFi. And Philips were notified about it, yet as always they didn't do anything. \n\nThink twice before getting this brand, even though the Ambilight is to die for.launch

Well can I give you a warning very important warning. I got this tv and the quality is amazing and can’t fault the quality. But sadly the OLED has one fault that will put anybody off.. See what the tv does is when it thinks you have watched tv that will cause some image retention it will force you do a cleaning called OLED screen care. Now the problem is it doesn’t restart to tell you it’s finished. And if you do it early it tells you to redo it. And what is worse is it asks you to do it after 7 hours tv. Then the more you read online this has been a problem since 2020 and we are now in 2022. Sadly a beautiful tv really beautiful but a problem like this makes it totally impossiblelaunch
