I bought this phone on Mercado Livre, 8GB of RAM and 256 of storage. I've had it for a few days and in this small amount of time I'm going to be honest, WHAT A GOOD PHONE! Seriously, it's very good, so far with my needs, in games, browsing it hasn't frozen at all. Everything, EVERYTHING runs smoothly, it's very satisfying both playing and doing daily tasks, because the 120hz screen helps a lot! I've already installed all types of games that I play and they're heavy, Call Of Duty like Gesiel tested, Asphalt Legends (has lots of details and beautiful graphics), eFootball and others, but also Roblox, Free Fire and stuff like that. ALL of them ran on maximum, especially Call Of Duty, Asphalt Legends and eFootball, man, they're very heavy games and it runs fine. There are many people out there saying 'Oh, it could be a better processor!' with the other benefits that this phone has for this price range, it's perfect! If you want this phone for gaming, daily tasks, work, study, I highly recommend it! Buy without fear!

Being a Moto Edge 40 neo user and using the Moto G84 as secondary, the Moto G84 is an excellent mid-range smartphone! (I waited about 7 months to come here and give my review 😂) The speed of this smartphone in daily use surprised me! For games and photos it's excellent (you'll be surprised by the night photos!), for videos I don't recommend it, but the screen works very well for my daily use at university, with 1300 nits brightness + 6.55-inch P-Oled screen plus NFC with integrated E-sim, it makes it incredible 💫. The processor I see many people are hesitant about because it's from Qualcomm's 600 line, but the Snapdragon 695 (6s Gen 3) in it is better than many from the 700 line, only falling behind the 778g. For those who like games it's perfect, it doesn't heat up at all and I've had it for over 7 months 😂 and it runs most Play Store games excellently at 120 fps in some cases. Genshin Impact, which many people love, runs smoothly and has exceptional performance on the Moto G84! It pleasantly surprised me. Plus it has 'Moto Connect' (Motorola's Desktop Mode) which makes the device much more complete for its price range! Mirroring the screen on my Smart TV whenever I want makes the experience a thousand times more attractive! (I think it's the only mid-range in this price range from 1300$ to 1500$ that has this 'Dex' mode). For those who have no brand loyalty with phones, I highly recommend the G84, it's a complete device! Hugs! 💫

A fantastic phone with the extra RAM boosting the performance considerably more than expected and one of the best displays at any price point. But I agree with the reviewer the lack of one more OS upgrade is disappointing. And my only other concern would be screen burn in after my Samsung AMOLED screen issues. But overall a great phone for the money with every feature I expect with NFC and a couple of other features such as stereo speakers and a headphone jack nice inclusions for the price.\nYou have to pay much more to get wireless charging unfortunately.\nPriced at $299 AU currently it's very good value for money.\n😎🇦🇺👍

Well, I've had it for just a month and honestly the battery performs quite well both in games and in daily use, the battery easily lasts me about 7 hours and even more, and the phone doesn't heat up much compared to other phones. The photos turn out very well, but at sunsets the colors fade and look somewhat strange and sometimes saturated (I use the natural photo) and the high resolution mode also does that but you also have to say that to get a good resolution you have to have good lighting and in that aspect it does it well unlike the wide angle that a photo at sunset gets out of focus too much even if there's an object you point out in the photo frame, the camera (video) is quite good even at night that yes the grain is too noticeable. The audio is quite good and also the Dolby Atmos audio (on Bluetooth but I forgot the name of the specific hardware lol) is quite good and also because I use some galaxy buds pro so the quality they give is quite good obviously the experience is going to be different than with a Samsung in terms of Bluetooth with these headphones. The stereo audio that the phone has I did like and more with the Dolby Atmos personalized configuration simply great, and the headphone jack, well I haven't tested them yet lol. In a few months I will probably edit or post another comment about my experience in more detail since I've only been using it for a little while, I say goodbye and greetings XD.

But it does have two main bad issues: The camera at night doesn't convince me completely, since it doesn't take advantage of the little light there is, it just edits it with Google Photos and it comes out like a 2015 photo. The battery, if it lasts to the end but with applications that require continuous use (video games, Spotify, etc.) it discharges a bit faster than normal. I have the Moto g84 the only thing it was missing was: - One more major system update, it comes with Android 13 and dies with Android 14. - Gorilla Glass or some screen protection. It has no protection. The most excellent for its price: - The cameras are good, we can even record at 60fps although in Full HD of very good quality. (The Moto g85 can't even record at 60fps) - The charging speed seems very good to me. In one hour it charges from 0 to 90%. The oled screen with its 1300nits is the best of the phone. (unfortunately it doesn't support HDR10 content) It would have been more incredible. - The sound is excellent. - The snapdragon 695 processor is well optimized and works smooth and excellent. - I had the Viva Magenta edition and now the arctic blue, both with synthetic leather on the back and it looks very nice and comfortable in hand. ❤❤❤❤❤ Anyway buy it.

For me personally, I use my phone for Youtube, some social media and work. The G84 is a brilliant phone for the price. The screen is great, 120hz OLED with good looking bezels, the processer is equivalent to my old OnePlus 6 that had a Snapdragon 845, I'm getting equivalent performance with half the power draw and nearly double the battery. Realistically if you don't care about perfect photos and gaming this phone is insanely good value. Phone gaming sucks anyway..

I bought it about two months ago for 250 euros, for this price, really a very good option. Quality screen, good sound through headphones, good fluidity in daily use and great battery life. Very light, which is surprising for its size. The cameras simply correct. The gestures are quite comfortable. Regarding capacity, in Spain it comes in a 256/12 configuration and if you also add a 256 microsd which is economical, you have storage to spare. Very good connectivity and very good call sound quality. It's 5G.

At first the battery works super well, the battery lasted me 2 days and I used it most of the time. The cameras I like, but when you zoom that quality is lost. The screen color and the speaker I like how it sounds. The truth is it fell several times, I think the hardest was when I was on the bike and it fell out of my pocket, and nothing happened to it, just the frame got scratched. Viewing it from the Moto G84, very good and for casual gaming use and social media use it's more than enough, the photos with the main camera are decent, although with a strong presence of noise in low light conditions. And in the time I've been using it I've only noticed that the lens over the ultra-wide camera has 'peeled' since it has a spot like it lets you see the crystal without the dark tone it normally has and now the photos come out blurry when I want to use the ultra-wide. Also since I turned it on for the first time it hasn't let me use the option to record at 60 fps. At least it updated to Android 14.

I've had it for 2 months and everything was fine until three weeks ago when my photos started to look opaque. I cleaned the lens and it was the same. Looking more carefully there were spots and it looked opaque like it had dirt, and when recording the sound gets out of sync. I thought it was only mine but my sister's, which was purchased a day apart, is happening to her too. It's supposed to have warranty, but I haven't sent it yet because of my online studies I can't be without a phone. Does anyone have the same problem?

Best Phone for this price in the last 7 years! I had many different brands & models Samsung A53, pocophone F1, LGG8s, etc etc etc all midrange budget phones max price €400 but this Motorola Moto G84 5G has all functionality most users need. Don't spend to much time at all negative responses like they should have put a better chipset in it and better camera comments... Those people expect to find the perfect Phone for 250,- which does not exist. There are always consessions to be made when producing a smartphone at the budget level.\n\nNeed a better camera, look further. Need a faster Phone, look further. For most people this Phone provides a very fast experience and great pictures in general so What's the point of spending more money for things you generally don't use or need in daily life?\n\nOnly downside is Moto's upgrade policy, it should be at least two os upgrades that is a truely a negative point of the policy of this company.\n\nI didn't like my Samsung A53, it was far to slow, almost can't handle normal every day usage of different apps at the same time, far to slow, bad processor and this Moto G84 5G is noticably faster and better user experience in the same price range so Motorola does not seem to produce phones for students or kids but does an excellent job at the midrange and lowrange segment.\n\nPay for what you need is my slogan.

I bought it trying to replace the Moto G60 s, since in these 2 years I gave it a lot of battle and I think it was the best Mid-Range Motorola released. The G84 seemed like a very good device overall. I was disappointed that it didn't play videos in 4K or at least 1440p... The day I discovered it bummed me out a bit. It's the only thing I would like them to fix, excellent screen but without playing in 4K I feel like it's not being used 100%. Greetings!

The Moto G84 5G has a big problem. It's a sound. The outgoing volume is quite weak. Low sound power is on the speakers of the phone. Bluetooth and 3.5 jack also have Low sound. It doesn't matter how you connect any device it will play quietly. It doesn't matter via Bluetooth or a 3.5 jack you will need to turn them on almost to the maximum. Standard melodies play loudly. However, if you turn on something from YouTube or other apps, the volume is -50%. Most likely, the problem is software, but the problem has been around for six months. It seems that Motorola is not going to solve it. There are many negative reviews about this problem on the Internet and the Motorola support site.
