I own these and they are useless. They are extremely quiet and the noise cancelling is so poor that you can not hear a movie when travelling. Cheap apple earphones are louder. AVOIDlaunch

For something expensive it's got some issues. Constantly pauses play when the right side is held, or when you adjust it for comfort. Also, use is not possible when charged. Play is only possible when combining the aux cable during charge. This is impossible for those who own newer model mobile phones that do not have the aux port built into their phone. Sure the head phone is comfortable but the listed issues makes it very inconvenient.launch

The Tour One M3 is out now. I have these M2, and I love them. The case is also great. Very comfortable, good sound, good ANC, and it has an excellent app. The only issue is that the side of the headphones, where the ratchets are on the headband, turn sticky. They're a rubberized coating which after a few months turns sticky, which happens with a lot of these type of coatings.launch

Having had these for a year and a half the build quality is not great. I admit I'm a pretty heavy user, they were a daily driver for me. I use them indoors the majority of the time with occasional outdoor walks. The over ear cushions and the padding for the headband have completely worn out their outer layer material. When I was taking them off last month the headband snapped.launch

Just got my new unit delivered today and the Personi-Fi does not work like you mentioned. Since I'm in Canada, support chat didn't help me (because it's US only), so I had to report it via email. Wondering if you or anyone in the comments section figured out how to get Personi-Fi to work. Also, just like another YouTuber said, the firmware update caused the audio to cut out intermittently, so like him I too did a factory reset to roll back to the original firmware.launch

As of now 2025 I got one of these and downloaded the garbage app (the fact that you need an app to access most of the features of something you already bought is already a major red flag btw) to change some settings. Bluetooth is on, the device is connected to my phone, I even allowed it to see my location and the app still can't see my headphones. Wow, truly amazing, great product. Just buy from a different brand that respects it's consumers at least a little more than whatever this clown show is.launch

I bought these headphones last week and they are really nice, but I have the feeling they are really meant for smartphones. The app doesn't seem to exist for PC, so you can't have all these nice controls while at the PC, and even worse, I just can't seem to get it working in a Teams of Zoom call - sometimes the microphone is not recognized, sometimes the sound is automatically turned off if you start speaking, so you don't hear your conversation partners,... It's all very messy and because you don't really control the settings without app, this really is annoying. Someone any idea what I am doing wrong maybe? 🙂launch

The problem with buying premium JBL headphones in India, there is no accessory support. I bought the JBL Club One couple of years back, which is not a great Bluetooth or ANC headphone, but is very good when I use it wired with my Amps. But the earpads are worn out and there are no replacement pads available anywhere even with the company service centre. This is despite it having a magnetic earpad made for easy replacementlaunch

I bought these headphones for both voice calls with my smart phone and pc usage like gaming and movies/spotify. Please be aware that due to the limitations with Bluetooth and the microphones themselves this headset was a bad choice for gaming where voice chat is required. Games like The Division 2 that use an open voice channel and multiplayer games like COD that have active voice chat will cause the audio quality to drop drastically and it will sound like the audio is underwater and the voice wont even work. \n\nIn fact I would advise that for gaming on a PC you are better not playing games that need a microphone ( if you use these headphones). Better to either buy a gaming headset or separate wired microphone. Just a warning so no one else suffers the same frustration that I did, trying to get Bluetooth to work with games that need both voice and audio.launch
