Multiple long-time Jabra users say the 7 Pro's bass, clarity, and soundstage beat the 75t, 85t, and even Sony XM4 or AirPods Pro in direct comparisons. The smaller size and secure ear-tip seal were repeatedly called out as improvements, staying in place during workouts and daily commutes, with several reviewers calling it their favorite Jabra yet despite ANC concerns.

ANC performance is wildly inconsistent across users. Several commenters say ANC is dramatically better than the 75t and effective against shop vacuums or moderate noise. But an equally vocal group calls it barely functional, describing no audible difference between on and off, crackling audio when switching modes, and feeling actively scammed by the marketing, especially compared to the 85t's stronger ANC.

Reliability and software issues undermine an otherwise premium package. Beyond missing multipoint at launch (later patched), users report one earbud dying or failing to pair, the Sound+ app losing connection to renamed or reset buds, random disconnects, and a charging case that's awkwardly slippery to open and hard to replace if lost.
